1/2 c. unpopped popcorn
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. butter
2 tsp. brown sugar
Coarsely chopped semi-sweet chocolate, or chocolate chips
Line two baking sheets with wax paper. Pop popcorn in an air-popper. Spread popcorn in an even layer on prepared baking sheets. Combine peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second intervals and stir until melted and drizzle-able. Drop peanut butter mixture in spoonfuls over the popcorn and gently toss to coat evenly (this is best done by hand). In another microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate in 20 second intervals until fully melted. Drizzle over popcorn. Let chocolate set before serving. Store in an airtight container.
