4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapples
1/4 c. lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
Coat a glass dish with nonstick cooking spray. Brush chicken with butter and place in dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
