5-Can Bean Soup

Olive oil
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 chicken breast, diced (optional)
Cumin, to taste
Chili powder, to taste
1 can vegetarian refried beans
1 can black beans
1 can Ro-tel spicy tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can chicken or vegetable broth

In large pan, saute onion, garlic, and chicken (if using) in olive oil. Season with cumin and chili powder. Add 5 cans to pan. Cook about 15 minutes, uncovered.
